Where does BlackMilk ship from?

All our gear is designed and manufactured in Brisbane, Australia, and shipped directly to you from our warehouse there.

How do I know what size to buy?

We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Since our fabrics range from high-stretch spandex to velvet and fleece, we recommend checking the specific 'Fit' notes for each garment.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unworn and have tags attached. Please note that 'Last Chance' sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Our warehouse team works fast to get your gear out the door! Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your cart and address before hitting 'confirm'.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and Klarna for eligible regions.

How should I care for my BlackMilk pieces?

To keep your prints vibrant and your fabrics intact, we recommend a cold hand wash and hanging to dry in the shade. Avoid rough surfaces that might snag the fabric.
